Abstract

Ecotourism activities and number of eco-tourists are increasing in worldwide but statements of observers and studies show that local community proportion of the benefits of ecotourism activities is still very low. This problem has a clear difference with sustainable ecotourism definition. Ecotourism utilization system pattern (EUSP), can help to obtain real and sustainable increasing local community proportion of ecotourism activity benefits. EUSP as a formal and legal right framework creates a tenure and suitable position for local community as active and effective stakeholder in management of host area on interaction between other ecotourism industry sectors such as tour operators and travel agencies. The goal of this paper is to explanation of ecotourism utilization system pattern based on destination life cycle evolution toward local social and economical tourism cooperation restructure in target touristic rural in khur & Biabanak distinct.
